Yes! A Zero Point Strawberry Ice Cream (perfect for Weight Watchers or a light treat) is super easy, refreshing, and guilt-free. No added sugar, no cream—just simple ingredients and big strawberry flavor.


 Zero Point Strawberry “Ice Cream”

(WW-friendly, no added sugar, dairy-free option)

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries

  • 1/2 cup plain non-fat Greek yogurt (or use unsweetened plant-based yogurt)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Optional: sweetener to taste (like stevia, monk fruit, or a little honey if not strictly 0 points)


Instructions:

  1. Blend it up:
    In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine frozen strawberries, Greek yogurt, and vanilla. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.

  2. Taste and tweak:
    Add sweetener if needed and blend again.

  3. Serve soft-serve style immediately OR freeze for 1–2 hours if you want a firmer, scoopable texture.


Tips:

  • Want more creaminess? Add a frozen banana (but check your WW points).

  • Add lemon juice or zest for a little zing.

  • Mix in chopped strawberries after blending for extra texture.
