🧾 Ingredients
For the Cream Layer:

250g (8 oz) mascarpone cheese (room temperature)

1/3 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

Optional: 1–2 tbsp coffee liqueur (like Kahlúa)
For Dipping:

1 cup strong brewed coffee or espresso (cooled)

1–2 tbsp sugar (optional)

Ladyfingers (savoiardi) or crushed vanilla wafers/graham crackers
For Assembly:

Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting)

1. Make the Cream Layer

Whip the cold heavy cream to soft peaks.

In a separate bowl, beat mascarpone, powdered sugar, and vanilla (plus liqueur if using) until smooth.

Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully combined and creamy.
2. Prepare the Cookies

Mix coffee with a little sugar (if desired).

Quickly dip ladyfingers into the coffee—don’t oversoak, or they’ll get soggy.
3. Assemble the Cups
In small dessert cups or jars:

Start with a layer of crushed or dipped ladyfingers.

Spoon or pipe a layer of the mascarpone cream.

Repeat 1–2 more times, ending with cream.

Dust the top with cocoa powder using a fine sieve.

Chill for at least 2–3 hours (or overnight for best flavor and texture).
