Quick Homemade Sauce:

  • 1/3 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp honey or brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 tsp cornstarch + 2 tbsp water (for thickening)

Directions: Mix sauce ingredients in a saucepan, bring to a simmer, stir in cornstarch slurry, and cook until thickened (1–2 mins).

  1. Preheat Grill or Oven
    • Grill: Medium-high heat

  2. Assemble the Packets
