🍬 Sweet Milk Fudge Squares

1 can (14 oz / 400g) sweetened condensed milk

1/2 cup (120 ml) whole milk

1/4 cup (60g) unsalted butter

1/2 cup (60g) milk powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

🔥 Instructions
1. Prepare Pan

Line a small square baking dish (6×6 or 8×8 inches) with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Cook the Fudge Base

In a nonstick pan over medium heat, combine sweetened condensed milk, whole milk, butter, and milk powder.

Stir continuously to avoid sticking or burning.

Cook for about 10–15 minutes, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens significantly and starts pulling away from the sides. It should form a soft dough-like consistency.
3. Add Flavor

Stir in vanilla and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
4. Set the Fudge

Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.

Optional: Sprinkle with chopped nuts or coconut while still warm.
5. Cool and Cut

Let it cool at room temperature, then chill in the fridge for about 1–2 hours until firm.
