A super creamy cup dessert sounds like the perfect treat! Here’s a quick and delicious recipe for No-Bake Creamy Cup Desserts that are smooth, decadent, and easy to make:

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup heavy cream (for whipping)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sour cream (for extra creaminess)
  • 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk (for added richness)
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips, crushed cookies, or fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Whip the heavy cream:

    • In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream with an electric mixer on high speed until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
  2. Make the creamy filling:

    • In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with the powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
    • Add the sour cream and sweetened condensed milk and beat until fully combined. The mixture should be thick and creamy.
  3. Fold in the whipped cream:

    • Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until smooth and combined. Be careful not to deflate the whipped cream—use a folding motion.
  4. Assemble the dessert:

    • Spoon the creamy mixture into individual serving cups (small mason jars or dessert cups work perfectly). You can layer them if you’d like, or just fill each cup up with the creamy goodness.
  5. Chill:

    • Refrigerate the cups for at least 2 hours to let them firm up and chill. The longer you let them sit, the creamier and more set they’ll become.
  6. Add toppings:

    • Right before serving, top each cup with your choice of crushed cookies (like Oreos), chocolate chips, fresh berries, or even a drizzle of caramel or chocolate syrup. The possibilities are endless!

Variations:

  • Fruit Flavored: Add a bit of lemon zest and lemon juice for a tart twist, or fold in some fruit puree (like strawberry or raspberry) into the creamy mixture for a fruity version.
