Here’s a classic Strawberry Banana Smoothie recipe — creamy, naturally sweet, and ready in just a few minutes. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout boost, or a healthy snack!


🍓 Strawberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients:

  • 1 ripe banana (fresh or frozen)

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries

  • ½ cup plain or vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)

  • ½–¾ cup milk (dairy or non-dairy like almond, oat, or soy)

  • 1–2 tsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)

  • Handful of ice (if using fresh fruit and want it colder)


Instructions:

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy (30–60 seconds).

  3. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness if needed.

  4. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately!


Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds or flaxseed (for fiber)

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder (for a protein boost)

  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

  • Handful of spinach (for extra nutrients — it won’t affect the taste much)


Tips:

  • Use frozen fruit for a thick, frosty smoothie.

  • Want it dairy-free? Use plant-based yogurt and milk.

  • Make it a smoothie bowl by reducing the liquid and topping with granola, nuts, or sliced fruit.
