🌿 Spaghetti Salad Recipe

✅ Ingredients:

12 oz spaghetti, broken in half

1½ cups cherry tomatoes, halved

1 cup cucumber, diced
-
1 cup bell pepper (any color), chopped

½ cup red onion, finely diced
-
1 cup sliced black olives
-
1½ cups Italian dressing (bottled or homemade)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
1 tsp onion powder
-
1 tsp dried oregano
-
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
-
Fresh parsley or basil, for garnish
🍳 Instructions:

Cook Spaghetti
Cook spaghetti in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking. -
Mix Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, bell pepper, red onion, and olives. -
Add Dressing & Seasoning
Pour Italian dressing over the salad. Sprinkle in garlic powder, onion powder, and oregano. Toss well to coat everything evenly. -
Chill
Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours (or overnight) for flavors to meld. -
Finish & Serve
Just before serving, stir in Parmesan cheese and garnish with fresh herbs.
