Here’s a “So Good” Smoothie β€” simple, creamy, naturally sweet, and packed with goodness. It’s the kind of smoothie that tastes like a treat but feels like health.


πŸ₯€ So Good Smoothie (Banana-Berry-Almond Bliss)

πŸ“ Ingredients (1–2 servings)

  • 1 ripe banana (frozen = extra creamy)

  • 1/2 cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries β€” fresh or frozen)

  • 3/4 cup almond milk (or any milk you like)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp chia seeds or ground flaxseed (optional for fiber/omega-3s)

  • 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (optional)

  • Ice cubes (if using fresh fruit)

  1. Add to blender:
    Toss everything into a blender β€” banana, berries, almond milk, nut butter, cinnamon, chia, sweetener, and ice if needed.

  2. Blend until smooth:
    Let it go for 30–60 seconds, until creamy and fully blended.

  3. Taste & tweak:
    Add a splash more milk if it’s too thick, or more banana/maple if you want it sweeter.

  4. Serve immediately:
