🥔🔥 Smoked Sausage and Potato Bake
Ingredients (Serves 4–6):

14 oz smoked sausage (kielbasa or andouille), sliced into rounds

2 lbs potatoes (Yukon gold or red), cut into 1-inch cubes

1 medium onion, sliced or chopped

2 tbsp olive oil

1½ tsp garlic powder

1 tsp smoked paprika (or regular)

½ tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (optional, for topping)

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
🔧 Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Prep Ingredients:

In a large bowl, toss the potatoes, onion, and sausage slices with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, thyme, salt, and pepper until everything is evenly coated.
3. Bake:

Spread the mixture onto a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet or into a large baking dish.

Bake uncovered for 35–45 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the potatoes are tender and golden brown and sausage is browned.
4. Add Cheese (Optional):

If using cheese, sprinkle it on top during the last 5 minutes of baking and return to the oven until melted and bubbly.
5. Serve:

Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions.
