Slow Cooker 3 Ingredients Banana Bread

Here’s a super easy, moist, and tasty 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Banana Bread recipe — no oven required!


🍌 3-Ingredient Slow Cooker Banana Bread

🥣 Ingredients:

  • 3–4 ripe bananas (mashed, about 1 ½ cups)

  • 1 box yellow cake mix (15.25 oz)

  • 2 large eggs

✅ Optional add-ins (just for extra flair):

  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts or chocolate chips

  • 1 tsp cinnamon or vanilla extract


🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the Batter:

  • In a large mixing bowl, mash bananas.

  • Add eggs and cake mix.

  • Stir until just combined (don’t overmix).

  • Fold in optional add-ins if using.

2. Grease & Line the Slow Cooker:

  • Spray the bottom and sides of your slow cooker with nonstick spray.

  • (Optional) Line the bottom with parchment paper for easier removal.

3. Pour & Cook:

  • Pour batter into the slow cooker.

  • Cover with lid and place a paper towel under the lid to absorb moisture and prevent sogginess.

  • Cook on LOW for 2.5 to 3.5 hours (or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean).

4. Cool & Serve:

  • Let cool in the slow cooker for 10–15 minutes.

  • Carefully lift out or slice and serve directly from the pot.


🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Serve warm with a pat of butter or drizzle of honey.

  • Top with cream cheese, Nutella, or peanut butter.

  • Great for breakfast or dessert.
