Here’s a bold, cheesy, and irresistibly savory stuffed jalapeño bites recipe — perfect for parties, game days, or any time you want a spicy finger food snack. These are easy to make and disappear fast!


🌶️ Savory Stuffed Jalapeño Bites

Servings: 20 bites (10 jalapeños halved)

Prep Time: 15 min | Cook Time: 20–25 min


Ingredients:

  • 10 fresh jalapeño peppers, halved lengthwise, seeds and membranes removed

  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened

  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 2 green onions, finely chopped

  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

  • 1/4 tsp smoked paprika (optional, for smoky depth)

  • 1/4 tsp onion powder

  • 4 strips cooked bacon, finely crumbled (optional but highly recommended)

  • Breadcrumbs or crushed crackers (optional topping)

  • Olive oil or melted butter, for brushing


Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.

  2. Prep the jalapeños:

    • Slice in half lengthwise and remove seeds/membranes (use gloves to avoid pepper burn).

    • Place them cut side up on the baking sheet.

  3. Make the filling:

    • In a bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar, Parmesan, garlic, green onions, black pepper, paprika, onion powder, and bacon (if using).

    • Mix until smooth and well combined.

  4. Stuff the jalapeños:

    • Use a spoon or piping bag to fill each jalapeño half generously.

    • Optional: Sprinkle with breadcrumbs or crushed crackers for crunch.

  5. Bake:

    • Lightly brush tops with olive oil or butter.

    • Bake for 18–22 minutes, or until jalapeños are tender and the tops are golden.

  6. Cool slightly & serve:

    • Garnish with extra green onions or a sprinkle of smoked paprika if desired.


🔄 Variations:

  • Spicier: Add a pinch of cayenne or use hot smoked paprika.

  • Low-carb/Keto: Skip breadcrumbs or use crushed pork rinds.

  • Meaty: Add finely diced cooked sausage or shredded chicken to the filling.

  • Vegetarian: Omit bacon and add sautéed mushrooms or spinach.
