  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 1 tsp sugar

  • 2 tbsp flour

  • 2 cups beef broth (low sodium)

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

  • Salt and pepper to taste

  • Optional: splash of heavy cream or brandy for richness

1. Make the Meatloaf:
