1 lb uncooked pork sausage (mild, hot, or breakfast-style)

2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

1 1/2 cups Bisquick baking mix (or similar all-purpose baking mix)

Optional: 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1/4 tsp onion powder, 1/4 tsp paprika

Optional dip: ranch, honey mustard, or spicy mayo

Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or spray with nonstick spray.

Mix ingredients:

In a large bowl, combine the raw sausage, cheddar cheese, and Bisquick mix.
