🍗 Air Fryer Rosemary Chicken Breasts

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil

  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary (finely chopped) or 1 tsp dried rosemary

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)

  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  • Zest of 1/2 lemon (optional but brightens it up!)

  • Optional: a squeeze of fresh lemon juice for serving


🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the Chicken:

  • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

  • Pound to even thickness if needed (helps cook evenly).

2. Season:

  • In a small bowl, mix olive oil, rosemary, garlic, salt, pepper, and lemon zest.

  • Rub the mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken breasts.

3. Preheat the Air Fryer:

  • Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3–5 minutes.

4. Cook the Chicken:

  • Place chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer (not overlapping).

  • Air fry at 375°F for 16–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.

    • Internal temperature should reach 165°F (74°C).

    • Time depends on the thickness of the breasts.

5. Rest & Serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

  • Optional: Finish with a squeeze of lemon juice or a sprinkle of extra rosemary.
