🧅 Roasted Parmesan Creamed Onions
Sweet, tender roasted onions baked in a creamy parmesan sauce—simple, elegant, and full of umami.
Ingredients:

4–5 medium yellow or sweet onions, peeled and halved

Salt & pepper to taste

1 cup heavy cream

1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (plus extra for topping)
