🔹 1. Roasted Chicken Drumsticks

Salt & pepper to taste

🔥 Instructions:

Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).

Toss drumsticks with oil, spices, salt, and pepper.

Place on a baking tray with parchment paper.

Roast for 35–40 minutes, turning halfway, until skin is crispy and internal temp hits 75°C (165°F).

🔹 2. Creamy Mushroom Veggies
📝 Ingredients:

1 tbsp butter or olive oil

1 small onion, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 ½ cups mushrooms, sliced

1 zucchini or 1 cup green beans, chopped

½ cup heavy cream or coconut cream

Salt, pepper, and thyme or parsley

Sauté onion and garlic in butter until soft.
