Powerful Lemon & Honey Remedy
Ingredients:

1 lemon (preferably organic)

2 tablespoons raw honey (local or Manuka if possible)

1 cup warm (not hot!) water

Optional: a pinch of cayenne pepper or grated ginger
Instructions:

Warm the water (not boiling — around 120°F / 50°C) to preserve the enzymes in the honey.

Squeeze the lemon into the water, removing any seeds.

Add the honey and stir until fully dissolved.

Optional: Add a pinch of cayenne pepper for metabolism or a few slices of fresh ginger for extra anti-inflammatory power.

Drink slowly on an empty stomach in the morning, or sip throughout the day if you’re sick.
