Crispy Roasted Potatoes with Garlic-Parmesan Cream Sauce

Ingredients:

  • 4 large potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russet), cubed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & pepper

  • 1 tsp paprika (optional)

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream (or half-and-half)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt to taste

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss cubed potatoes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika. Roast for 30–40 minutes until golden and crispy.

  2. In a saucepan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

  3. Add cream, bring to a simmer, then stir in Parmesan. Cook until thickened (about 3–5 minutes).

  4. Pour sauce over roasted potatoes and garnish with parsley.
