Here’s a bright, tropical Pineapple, Strawberry, and Mango Smoothie that’s naturally sweet, refreshing, and loaded with vitamin C. Perfect for breakfast, a post-workout drink, or a poolside sip. ☀️🥭🍍🍓


🍹 Pineapple, Strawberry, and Mango Smoothie

Ingredients (Makes 2 servings)

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • 1 cup frozen mango chunks

  • 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (hulled)

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt (optional, for creaminess)

  • 1–1¼ cups coconut water, orange juice, or almond milk (adjust for desired thickness)

  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional, if you want it sweeter)

  • Juice of ½ lime (optional, for a citrusy kick)

  • Ice cubes (if using mostly fresh fruit)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-powered blender.

  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add more liquid if it’s too thick.

  3. Taste and adjust: Add honey or lime juice to balance sweetness and acidity.

  4. Pour into glasses and serve immediately with a slice of fruit on the rim (optional).


📝 Boost it with:

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flaxseed

  • A handful of spinach (you won’t taste it!)

  • A scoop of vanilla or plain protein powder

  • ½ frozen banana for extra creaminess
