🍍 No-Bake Pineapple Cream Dessert

1 can (20 oz / 560 g) crushed pineapple (in juice or light syrup)

1 cup heavy cream (or whipped topping like Cool Whip)

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 pack graham crackers or digestive biscuits (for crust or layering)

Optional toppings: Toasted coconut, chopped nuts, maraschino cherries, fresh mint

Make the Cream Base:

In a mixing bowl, whip the cream to soft peaks (skip if using whipped topping).

Fold in the sweetened condensed milk, vanilla, and crushed pineapple with juice (don’t drain).

In a 9×9 inch dish (or individual cups), layer crushed graham crackers, then spoon over the pineapple cream mixture.
