🥗 Pasta Slaw (Pasta + Coleslaw Fusion Salad)
Ingredients:

8 oz small pasta (elbow macaroni, ditalini, or rotini work well)

3 cups coleslaw mix (pre-shredded cabbage and carrots)

½ cup red bell pepper, finely diced

½ cup celery, thinly sliced (optional)

2 green onions, sliced

2 tbsp fresh parsley or dill (optional)
Dressing:

½ cup mayo

¼ cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Salt & black pepper, to taste
