Here’s a refreshing and naturally sweet Papaya, Apple, and Banana Juice recipe that’s packed with vitamins, fiber, and a tropical flavor boost.


🍹 Papaya, Apple & Banana Juice

Ingredients (2 servings):

  • 1 cup ripe papaya (peeled, deseeded, and chopped)
  • 1 medium apple (cored and chopped; no need to peel)
  • 1 ripe banana (peeled)
  • 1/2 to 1 cup cold water or coconut water
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon or lime (optional, for brightness)
  • A few ice cubes (optional)
  • Optional sweetener: 1 tsp honey or maple syrup (if needed)

Instructions:

  1. Prep Fruit:
    • Peel and chop the papaya and banana.
    • Core the apple (leave skin on for fiber and nutrients).
  2. Blend:
    • Add all fruits to a blender along with water or coconut water.
    • Squeeze in lemon/lime juice and add ice if using.
    • Blend until smooth.
  3. Strain (Optional):
    • If you prefer a smoother juice, strain through a fine sieve or cheesecloth. Otherwise, enjoy as-is for a smoothie-like texture.
  4. Serve:
    • Pour into glasses and serve immediately while fresh and chilled.
