Oven-Fried Stuffed Potatoes
Ingredients:

4 large russet potatoes

3 tbsp olive oil or melted butter

Salt & pepper to taste

½ cup sour cream

½ cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus extra for topping)

3 tbsp milk or cream
-
2 tbsp chopped green onions (or chives)

2 slices cooked bacon, crumbled (optional)

Garlic powder or paprika (optional, for extra flavor)
Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Prep the potatoes:

Wash and scrub the potatoes well.

Dry them completely.

Rub skins with olive oil or butter, sprinkle with salt.

Bake whole potatoes:

Place directly on oven rack or on a baking sheet.
