Here’s a cozy, hearty, and ultra-satisfying One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta recipe. It’s packed with flavor and only uses one pan—so cleanup is minimal!


🍝 One-Pot Creamy Beef and Garlic Butter Pasta

📝 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef

  • 8 oz (225 g) pasta (penne, rotini, or shells)

  • 1 small onion, finely chopped

  • 4–6 garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cups beef broth (or water + bouillon)

  • 1 cup milk (or half & half for extra creaminess)

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella (optional)

  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

  • Red pepper flakes, for a little heat (optional)


👩‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Brown the beef
    In a large deep skillet or pot, cook ground beef over medium-high heat until browned. Drain excess fat if needed.

  2. Add aromatics
    Add butter, then stir in chopped onion and garlic. Sauté until soft and fragrant, about 2–3 minutes.

  3. Add liquids & pasta
    Stir in pasta, beef broth, milk, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. Bring to a simmer.

  4. Simmer until pasta is cooked
    Cover and cook on low-medium heat for 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pasta is al dente and most of the liquid is absorbed.

  5. Make it creamy
    Stir in Parmesan (and mozzarella if using) until melted and creamy. Add more milk or a splash of broth if it’s too thick.

  6. Finish and serve
    Taste and adjust seasoning. Sprinkle with fresh parsley and red pepper flakes before serving.


🔁 Tips & Variations:

  • No beef? Use ground turkey, sausage, or plant-based crumbles.

  • Add veggies: Stir in spinach, peas, or mushrooms during the last 5 minutes.

  • Cheesier version: Add cream cheese or a handful of sharp cheddar.
