Garlic Herb Marinade:

3 tbsp olive oil

4 garlic cloves, minced

1 tsp dried thyme

1 tsp dried rosemary

1/2 tsp dried oregano

1/2 tsp paprika

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Optional: 1 tsp Dijon mustard or 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley

1. Preheat Oven:

Preheat to 400Β°F (200Β°C). Line a large baking sheet or roasting pan with parchment for easier cleanup.
2. Prepare the Marinade:
