🥥 No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls
Ingredients:

2 cups shredded sweetened coconut

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk

1/2 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

1/4 tsp salt

1/2 cup white chocolate (for coating, optional)

Extra shredded coconut or powdered sugar for rolling (optional)
Instructions:

Mix the Filling:

In a bowl, combine the shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract (if using), and salt.

Stir until fully combined. The mixture should be sticky and hold together when pressed.

Shape the Balls:

Scoop out about a tablespoon of the mixture and roll it between your palms to form a ball.

Repeat until all the mixture is used.

Optional Coating:

If desired, melt the white chocolate in a microwave or double boiler.

Dip each ball into the melted chocolate using a fork or toothpick.

Place on a parchment-lined tray to set.
