π« No-Bake Chocolate Oat Bars
π₯£ Ingredients:

1 cup (225g) unsalted butter

1/2 cup (100g) packed brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

3 cups (240g) rolled oats (quick oats or old-fashioned)

1/2 tsp salt
Chocolate Filling:

1 cup (175g) semisweet or dark chocolate chips

1/2 cup (125g) peanut butter (creamy or crunchy)
πͺ Instructions:
1. Make the Oat Layer:

In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar, stirring until smooth.

Stir in vanilla and salt.

Mix in the oats. Cook 3β4 minutes, stirring often, until everything is coated and the oats are just softened.
2. Assemble the Bars:

Line an 8×8-inch (or similar) pan with parchment paper.

Press half of the oat mixture into the bottom of the pan to form a firm base. Use a spatula or your hands.

In a separate bowl, melt chocolate chips and peanut butter together (microwave in 30-second bursts or melt over low heat), then stir until smooth.

Pour the chocolate mixture over the oat base and spread evenly.

Top with the remaining oat mixture, gently pressing it down.
3. Chill:

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.

Cut into bars or squares and enjoy!
