🧾 Ingredients:

1 lb breakfast sausage (pork or turkey), crumbled

1 small onion, chopped

1 ½ cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese (or pepper jack for spice)

1 (4 oz) can diced green chiles, drained

1/2 cup Bisquick or other baking mix

1 cup milk

3 large eggs

🔧 Instructions:

Preheat oven:

Preheat to 400°F (200°C). Grease a 9-inch pie dish.

Cook sausage mixture:

In a skillet, cook sausage and onion over medium heat until sausage is browned and onion is tender. Drain excess fat.
