🥩 Mississippi Pot Roast Recipe
Ingredients:

1 (3-4 lb) chuck roast

1 packet ranch dressing mix (like Hidden Valley)

1 packet au jus gravy mix

5-6 pepperoncini peppers
-
1/4 cup pepperoncini juice (optional, but adds extra tang)

1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter
-
Optional: chopped onions, garlic, or carrots (for extra flavor)
Instructions:
Slow Cooker Method (Recommended):

Place the roast in the bottom of a slow cooker (no need to sear).

Sprinkle the ranch dressing mix and au jus mix over the top of the roast.

Add butter: Place the stick of butter right on top of the roast.

Add pepperoncinis (and juice if using) around the roast.

Cover and cook on LOW for 8 hours or until the meat is fall-apart tender.

Shred the meat with two forks and mix it with the juices before serving.
