Here’s a super simple, wildly popular recipe: Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast. It’s creamy, tender, and packed with flavor — perfect for a quick weeknight dinner with minimal effort.


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken Breast

🕒 Total Time: ~35 minutes

Servings: 4


🧾 Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness)

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)

  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp paprika

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • Optional garnish: chopped parsley, fresh thyme, or chives


🥄 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

Lightly grease a baking dish.

2. Make the topping:

In a bowl, combine:

  • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

  • Parmesan

  • Garlic powder

  • Onion powder

  • Paprika

  • Salt & pepper

3. Prep the chicken:

  • Place chicken breasts in the prepared dish.

  • Spread the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over each breast, coating the top completely.

4. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and the top is golden and bubbly.

  • Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for a browned crust.

5. Rest & serve:

  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Garnish if desired, and serve with rice, roasted vegetables, or a fresh salad.


💡 Variations:

  • Spicy: Add a dash of cayenne or hot sauce to the mayo mixture.

  • Herbed: Mix in dried basil, Italian seasoning, or thyme.

  • Cheesy: Add shredded mozzarella or Swiss on top during the last 5 minutes.
