Here’s a super popular and incredibly easy recipe for Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken — tender, juicy chicken breasts baked in a creamy, flavorful coating that literally melts in your mouth. This is a weeknight winner that requires minimal effort but delivers major flavor!


🍗 Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken

⭐ Ingredients (Serves 4):

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt or sour cream

  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ½ tsp black pepper

  • ½ tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Fresh parsley or chives, for garnish (optional)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

1. Preheat Oven

  • Preheat to 375°F (190°C).

  • Lightly grease a baking dish or line with parchment.

2. Make the Topping

  • In a bowl, mix together:

    • Greek yogurt (or sour cream)

    • Parmesan

    • Garlic powder

    • Onion powder

    • Salt, pepper, and paprika

3. Coat the Chicken

  • Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

  • Place chicken in baking dish.

  • Spread the yogurt mixture evenly over each breast, fully coating the tops.

4. Bake

  • Bake uncovered for 30–35 minutes, or until chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).

  • Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes for a golden top.

5. Serve

  • Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with chopped parsley or chives.

  • Serve with roasted veggies, rice, or a simple salad.


🔁 Variations:

  • Use mayonnaise instead of yogurt for a richer version.

  • Add a pinch of crushed red pepper flakes for a bit of heat.

  • Try it with chicken thighs for extra juiciness.
