Here’s a simple and delicious recipe for Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken – a creamy, savory baked chicken dish that lives up to its name. The magic is in the creamy topping that turns golden and bubbly, sealing in moisture and flavor. It’s a family favorite and great for weeknight dinners!


🍗 Melt-in-Your-Mouth Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or use Greek yogurt for a lighter option)

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1 tsp onion powder

  • 1/2 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

  • 1/2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)

  • Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)


🧑‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.

  2. Prepare the chicken:

    • Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels.

    • Place them evenly in the prepared baking dish.

  3. Mix the topping:

    • In a medium bowl, combine:

      • Mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt)

      • Parmesan cheese

      • Garlic powder

      • Onion powder

      • Salt

      • Pepper

      • (Optional) Paprika for a bit of color.

  4. Coat the chicken:

    • Spoon the mayo-cheese mixture over the chicken breasts and spread it evenly to cover each piece completely.

  5. Bake:

    • Bake uncovered for 35–40 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through (internal temp of 165°F / 74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.

  6. Broil (optional):

    • For a crispier top, broil for the last 2–3 minutes—watch it closely to avoid burning.

  7. Garnish and serve:

    • Let rest for 5 minutes, then garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
