Optional: chill them for 10 minutes to help them hold shape.
-
-
Prep the potatoes:
-
Toss diced potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
-
-
Air fry:
-
Option 1 – Cook together:
-

-
Add potatoes and cook for 5–7 minutes first (they take longer).
-
Shake basket, then add meatballs on top or around the potatoes.

Cook for another 10–12 minutes, shaking once halfway.
-
Ensure meatballs reach 165°F (74°C) internal temperature.
-
-
Option 2 – Cook separately (if space is tight):
-
Cook potatoes for 15–18 minutes total, shaking every 5 minutes.
-
Cook meatballs separately for 10–12 minutes.
-
-
-
Serve:
-
Top with chopped parsley or grated Parmesan.
-
Serve with a dipping sauce, ketchup, or a quick garlic mayo.
-
Tips:
-
For extra juicy meatballs, add a splash of milk to the mix.
-
Use baby potatoes or Yukon golds for creamier texture.
-
You can add chopped bell peppers or onions with the potatoes for more flavor.
