🍗 Mayo & Parmesan Crusted Chicken
🧂 Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

½ cup mayonnaise

½ cup grated Parmesan cheese (fresh or canned)

1 tsp garlic powder
-
½ tsp paprika (optional for color)

Salt & pepper to taste

Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
🔥 Instructions:
1. Preheat oven

Preheat to 200°C (400°F).

Line a baking tray with parchment or lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Mix topping
In a bowl, stir together:

Mayonnaise
-
Parmesan
-
Garlic powder
-
Paprika (if using)
-
A pinch of salt and pepper
3. Prep chicken

Pat chicken dry with paper towels.

Place chicken breasts in the baking dish.

Spoon the mayo-Parmesan mixture evenly over the top of each piece.
4. Bake

Bake uncovered for 25–30 minutes, or until the internal temp hits 75°C (165°F) and the topping is golden and bubbly.

Optional: Broil for the last 2–3 minutes to brown the top.
5. Garnish & serve

Sprinkle with fresh parsley or extra Parmesan.

Serve with roasted veggies, a green salad, or cauliflower mash for a keto-friendly meal.
