Ingredients:

Instructions:

Prep the Veggies

Slice cucumbers and onions thinly.

Cut tomatoes into wedges or halve cherry tomatoes.

Make the Marinade

In a bowl or jar, whisk together: vinegar, water, olive oil, sugar, salt, pepper, and garlic (if using).

Combine and Marinate

In a large bowl, combine cucumbers, onions, and tomatoes.
