  • 2 cups cucumbers, thinly sliced (peeled or unpeeled)

  • 1 small red onion, thinly sliced

  • 2 tbsp olive oil

  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning (optional)

  • Fresh herbs (optional): chopped parsley, dill, or basil

    Slice cucumbers, tomatoes, and onion. Place them in a large bowl.
