Here’s a quick, flavorful, and foolproof recipe for Magic Baked Shrimp — buttery, garlicky, and perfectly seasoned shrimp baked to tender, juicy perfection. It’s called “magic” because it’s crazy simple yet feels like a restaurant-quality dish!

🍤✨ Magic Baked Shrimp

🔹 Ingredients:

  • 1 lb large shrimp (peeled and deveined, tail on or off)

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 4 cloves garlic, minced

  • Juice of ½ lemon (plus wedges for serving)

  • 1 tsp paprika (or smoked paprika)

  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Pinch of red pepper flakes (optional, for a kick)

  • ¼ cup fresh parsley, chopped

  • Optional: ½ cup panko breadcrumbs (for a crispy topping)

  • Optional: grated Parmesan for garnish

🔥 Instructions:

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

2. Prep the Shrimp:

  • In a bowl, toss shrimp with melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if using.

3. Arrange in Baking Dish:

  • Lay shrimp in a single layer in a lightly greased baking dish.

  • Pour remaining butter mixture over top.

4. Optional Crunch:

  • If desired, sprinkle evenly with panko breadcrumbs for a golden topping.

5. Bake:

  • Bake uncovered for 10–12 minutes, or until shrimp are pink, firm, and opaque.

  • If using breadcrumbs, broil for an additional 1–2 minutes for a crispy top.

6. Garnish & Serve:

  • Sprinkle with fresh parsley and a bit of Parmesan (optional).

  • Serve with lemon wedges.

🍽️ Serving Ideas:

  • Serve over rice, pasta, or mashed potatoes.

  • Great with crusty bread to soak up the garlic butter.

  • Add a simple side salad or roasted veggies for a full meal.
