🍋 Lemon Pepper Shrimp
🦐 What You Get:
Juicy, seared shrimp tossed in a buttery lemon-pepper sauce with a hint of garlic and spice. Fast, fresh, and flavorful.
🧾 Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail on or off)

1 tbsp olive oil
-
2 tbsp butter
-
3 garlic cloves, minced
-
Zest of 1 lemon
-
2–3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
-
1 tsp cracked black pepper (or more to taste)

½ tsp salt
-
Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes
-
Optional garnish: chopped parsley, lemon wedges
👩🍳 Instructions:
1. Prep the Shrimp:

Pat shrimp dry and season with salt and a little pepper.
2. Sear the Shrimp:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Add shrimp in a single layer and cook 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.

Remove from skillet and set aside.
3. Make the Lemon Pepper Sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add butter, garlic, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Stir for 30–60 seconds until fragrant.

Add black pepper and a pinch of chili flakes if using.
4. Toss & Serve:

Return shrimp to the pan and toss in the sauce for 30 seconds.

Taste and adjust salt, lemon, or pepper.

Garnish with parsley and lemon wedges.
