🧂 Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) shrimp, peeled and deveined (tail-on optional)

3 tbsp butter

4 cloves garlic, minced

1 tbsp olive oil

Juice of 1 lemon (plus zest, optional)

Salt & pepper, to taste

1/4 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for a little heat)

2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped

Lemon slices, for garnish (optional)
🔥 Instructions:

Prep the shrimp: Pat shrimp dry with paper towels. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

Sauté garlic:
In a large skillet, heat olive oil + 2 tbsp butter over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, just until fragrant. -
Cook the shrimp:
Add shrimp to the skillet in a single layer. Cook 1.5–2 minutes per side, until pink and opaque.

Add lemon & butter:
