  • 8 oz pasta (linguine, fettuccine, or penne work well)

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 cup heavy cream

  • ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of red pepper flakes

πŸ”₯ Step 1: Cook the Chicken

  1. Season the chicken with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

  2. Heat olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

  3. Add chicken and cook 4–5 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

  4. During the last minute, add garlic, lemon juice, and zest to the pan. Spoon the buttery sauce over the chicken.

  5. Remove chicken and keep warm. Reserve the garlic-lemon butter in the pan.

  1. While chicken cooks, boil pasta in salted water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
