🥘 Kielbasa Cabbage Potato Skillet
Ingredients (Serves 4):

12 oz kielbasa sausage, sliced into ¼-inch rounds

1 tbsp olive oil or butter

1 small onion, sliced

3 cloves garlic, minced

3 medium Yukon gold or red potatoes, diced small

½ head green cabbage, chopped (about 4–5 cups)

2 tbsp water or chicken broth (for steaming)

Instructions:

Cook the Kielbasa:

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the sliced kielbasa.

Cook for 4–5 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.

Sauté Onion and Garlic:

In the same skillet, add olive oil (or butter), then the sliced onion.

Cook for 3–4 minutes until softened, then add garlic and cook 30 seconds more.

Add Potatoes:

Stir in the diced potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika.

Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 2 tbsp of water or broth, cover the pan, and let the potatoes steam for 5–7 more minutes until fork-tender.

Add the chopped cabbage and red pepper flakes (if using).

Cook uncovered for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender and slightly caramelized.
