🧾 Ingredients
Dry Mix:

1 cup almond flour

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp Italian seasoning

Salt & pepper to taste
Wet Mix:

2 large eggs

1/4 cup heavy cream or unsweetened almond milk

1/2 cup shredded mozzarella

1/4 cup grated Parmesan

2 tbsp chopped pepperoni or cooked sausage (optional)

1 tbsp tomato paste or low-carb pizza sauce

1 tbsp chopped fresh basil or parsley (optional)
🔥 Instructions

Preheat Air Fryer & Prep Molds

Preheat air fryer to 325°F (160°C).

Lightly grease silicone muffin cups or use parchment liners. (Avoid paper cups — they can stick.)

Mix Dry Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together almond flour, baking powder, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.

In another bowl, beat the eggs. Stir in cream, tomato paste, cheeses, and meats (if using).

Combine & Scoop

Stir wet and dry mixtures together until well combined.

Spoon into prepared muffin cups — fill each about 2/3 full.
