🍨 Ice Cream Pie

🧾 Ingredients:
For the Crust:

1 ½ cups crushed cookies or graham crackers (Oreos, Biscoff, etc.)

6 tbsp unsalted butter, melted

2 tbsp sugar (optional, depending on cookie sweetness)
For the Filling:

1.5 quarts (about 6 cups) of your favorite ice cream, softened slightly

Optional mix-ins: crushed cookies, chopped nuts, chocolate chips, fruit swirls, caramel, peanut butter, etc.
Toppings (choose any):

Whipped cream

Chocolate or caramel sauce

Crushed candy bars

Chopped nuts

Sprinkles or fruit
🔥 Instructions:
1. Make the crust:

Mix crushed cookies/graham crackers with melted butter and sugar.

Press firmly into a 9-inch pie dish or springform pan.

Freeze for 10–15 minutes while you prep the filling.
2. Fill the crust:

Spread softened ice cream into the crust evenly. Layer in mix-ins if using.

Smooth the top and cover with plastic wrap or foil.
3. Freeze:

Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until firm. (Overnight is best.)
4. Serve:

Let sit at room temp for 5–10 minutes before slicing.
