🍯🐷 Honey Garlic Ribs Recipe
📝 Ingredients:

2–3 lbs pork ribs (baby back or spare ribs)

Salt and pepper, to taste

2 tablespoons olive oil (optional, for searing)
🧄 For the Honey Garlic Sauce:

½ cup honey
-
¼ cup soy sauce

¼ cup ketchup
-
2–3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar

1 teaspoon ginger, grated (optional)

½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional, for a kick)
🔥 Cooking Instructions:
1. Prep the Ribs:

Remove the silver skin (membrane) from the back of the ribs if not already done.

Season ribs with salt and pepper.
2. Bake or Boil First (Optional but Recommended):
To make them extra tender:

Boil: Simmer ribs in water (or broth) for 30–40 minutes. Drain.

Bake: Wrap in foil and bake at 300°F (150°C) for 2–2.5 hours until tender.
3. Make the Sauce:
While ribs are cooking:

In a saucepan, combine all sauce ingredients.

Simmer over medium heat until slightly thickened (about 5–8 minutes), stirring occasionally.
4. Glaze & Finish:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) or preheat your grill.

Brush the ribs with the honey garlic sauce.

Bake or grill for 10–15 minutes, turning and basting once or twice, until sticky and caramelized.
