🐖 Honey Garlic Pork Chops
Ingredients:

4 boneless or bone-in pork chops (about 1 inch thick)

Salt and pepper, to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

3 cloves garlic, minced

1/3 cup honey
-
1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce

2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or lemon juice

1/2 tsp red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)

Fresh parsley or green onions, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.

Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and sear for 3–4 minutes on each side until golden brown and just cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.

Make the honey garlic sauce:

In the same skillet, reduce heat to medium.

Add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds until fragrant.

Stir in honey, soy sauce, and vinegar. Simmer for 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.

Return pork to the pan: Coat the chops in the sauce and let simmer for 2–3 more minutes until warmed through and well-glazed.

Garnish with parsley or green onions before serving.
🥔 Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients:

2 lbs potatoes (Yukon Gold or Russets), peeled and cubed

1/2 cup milk (warm)

1/4 cup butter

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: 1/4 cup sour cream or cream cheese for extra creaminess
Instructions:

Boil potatoes in salted water for 15–20 minutes until fork-tender.

Drain and return to the pot. Mash with butter and warm milk.

Season to taste and stir in sour cream or cream cheese, if using.
