Honey Garlic Chicken Breast .

Honey Garlic Chicken Breast sounds delicious! Here’s a simple recipe you can follow to make it:

Ingredients:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley or green onions for garnish (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Prep the Chicken: Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice). Set aside.
  3. Cook the Chicken: Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the pan and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C) and is golden brown on both sides.
  4. Add the Sauce: Once the chicken is cooked through, pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken in the pan. Let the sauce simmer for a couple of minutes, turning the chicken occasionally to coat it well in the sauce.
  5. Serve: Once the sauce has thickened and glazed the chicken, transfer the chicken to a plate, drizzle any extra sauce over the top, and garnish with parsley or green onions if desired.

This is great with rice, vegetables, or even a side salad!
