Posted on June 23, 2025
Here’s a fresh, vibrant Honey Fruit Salad that’s simple, naturally sweet, and perfect for summer brunches, potlucks, or a healthy snack. The honey-lime dressing brings it all together with a light, zesty touch.

🍯 Honey Fruit Salad

🍽️ Servings:

6–8

⏲️ Prep Time:

15 minutes

🍓 Ingredients:

Fruit (mix & match as needed):

  • 2 cups strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 cup blueberries

  • 1 cup green grapes, halved

  • 1 cup red grapes, halved

  • 2 kiwis, peeled and sliced

  • 1 orange, peeled and segmented

  • 1 banana, sliced (add right before serving)

  • 1 cup pineapple chunks or mango (optional)

Honey-Lime Dressing:

  • 3 tbsp honey

  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice (or lemon juice)

  • ½ tsp lime zest (optional, but adds brightness)

🥄 Instructions:

  1. Make the Dressing:

    • In a small bowl, whisk together honey, lime juice, and zest until smooth.

  2. Assemble the Salad:

    • In a large mixing bowl, combine all the fruit (except banana if making ahead).

  3. Toss Gently:

    • Pour the honey-lime dressing over the fruit.

    • Toss gently with a rubber spatula to coat evenly.

  4. Serve:

    • Add banana slices just before serving to prevent browning.

    • Chill for 15–30 minutes for best flavor, or serve immediately.

🔁 Variations:

  • Minty Fresh: Add finely chopped fresh mint leaves.

  • Creamy Version: Fold in a spoonful of vanilla Greek yogurt.

  • Tropical Twist: Use papaya, mango, and coconut flakes with lime.
