Here’s a super easy and irresistibly creamy Honey Butter Skillet Corn recipe — sweet, buttery, and ready in under 15 minutes. It makes the perfect side dish for any meal!


🌽 Honey Butter Skillet Corn

🧂 Ingredients:

  • 2 tbsp butter

  • 2 tbsp honey

  • 1 bag (16 oz) frozen corn (no need to thaw)

  • 2 oz cream cheese (about ¼ block)

  • Salt & pepper, to taste

  • Optional: pinch of paprika or chili powder for a little kick


🍳 Instructions:

  1. Melt butter & honey:
    In a large skillet over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the honey until combined.

  2. Add the corn:
    Pour in the frozen corn and cook for about 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through and slightly caramelized at the edges.

  3. Add cream cheese:
    Reduce heat to low, add the cream cheese, and stir until fully melted and the corn is creamy.

  4. Season:
    Add salt and pepper to taste. Add paprika or chili powder if you want a sweet-heat twist.

  5. Serve warm:
    Garnish with chopped parsley or green onions if desired.


🔁 Variations:

  • Fresh Corn: Use 4 cups of fresh corn kernels instead of frozen — just increase cook time slightly.

  • Cheesy Twist: Add a handful of shredded cheddar or parmesan at the end for extra richness.

  • Spicy Version: Mix in a chopped jalapeño with the corn or drizzle with hot honey before serving.
