Here’s a cheesy, crispy, savory recipe for Homemade Pepperoni Garlic Bread — the perfect mash-up of garlic bread and pizza! It’s easy to make, crowd-pleasing, and works great as a snack, appetizer, or party dish.

🍞 Homemade Pepperoni Garlic Bread

🧄 Ingredients:

  • 1 loaf French bread or Italian bread (cut in half lengthwise)

  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened

  • 2–3 cloves garlic, minced or grated

  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley or 1 tsp dried (optional)

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

  • 15–20 slices pepperoni

  • Optional: red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning

🔥 Instructions:

1. Prep the Bread:

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  • Slice the bread lengthwise and place both halves on a baking sheet, cut side up.

2. Make the Garlic Butter:

  • Mix softened butter with minced garlic and parsley.

  • Spread the garlic butter generously over both halves of the bread.

3. Add the Toppings:

  • Sprinkle with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.

  • Arrange pepperoni slices on top.

  • Optional: sprinkle with Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.

4. Bake:

  • Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  • For crispier pepperoni and a golden top, broil for 1–2 minutes at the end (watch closely!).

5. Slice & Serve:

  • Let cool slightly, then slice into pieces and serve warm.

🧀 Variations:

  • Add sliced olives, banana peppers, or jalapeños.

  • Use marinara or pizza sauce under the cheese for a pizza-style version.

  • Swap pepperoni for crisped bacon, salami, or even a veggie mix.
