Whip the cream:
In a large bowl, whip the cold heavy cream using a hand mixer (or stand mixer) until stiff peaks form (about 3β4 minutes). -
Fold in the condensed milk and vanilla:
Gently fold the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla into the whipped cream using a spatula. Donβt overmix β you want to keep the mixture light and airy. -
Freeze:
Pour the mixture into a loaf pan or airtight container. Smooth the top and cover.
Freeze for at least 6 hours, or overnight, until firm.
